We prefer to receive your manuscript as an electronic file (preferably in Word) that is sent to us electronically. We strongly suggest that you send us a sample of your work before we agree on the service best suited to your needs and quote you a price for working on your project. If you prefer, however, you may send us your complete manuscript on the first transmittal.

By using the track changes function in Word, we can electronically mark the edits and changes on your document in the event that you prefer to review them before they are applied. Otherwise, we will simply make the changes and return to you a completely edited or rewritten file. At some point before we actually commence work, we will contact you by phone to discuss your work and so that we can be sure we understand your needs.

Please note that we are neither equipped nor properly qualified to do layout or composition work. It is best to plan composition work through a vendor who has expertise in this area of publication. Our services are limited strictly to those listed under the Services tab.
