Basically, we offer three types of services: copyediting, substantive editing/rewriting, and what we call a "synoptic critique." We specialize in editing Christian and Gospel materials. However, we will consider other writing projects after a careful evaluation of your needs in light of our ability to meet those needs. Four basic services are offered:

• Copyediting: reading for correct spelling, punctuation, syntax (the arrangement of words), grammar, subject-verb agreement, correctness of expression, and word usage. This might be considered light to moderate editing.

• Editing/rewriting: includes copyediting services plus rewriting awkward or unclear material (often called substantive editing). May include rearrangement of sentences and paragraphs to improve clarity of expression. The focus of substantive editing is to significantly enhance the organization and readability of your material so that your message is easily and clearly understood by the reader.

• Synoptic critique: We will read through as much of your manuscript as you desire and provide a critique that includes the following:

  - Flow
  - Organization
  - Need for further editing

Unlike some editorial services, we do not necessarily promise speedy or overnight turnaround times unless the material is only a few pages and requires minimal editing. We believe that you would not be seeking our services if you wanted your material returned quickly at the sacrifice of quality work. When a price is quoted for your work, we will give you an estimated return time.
